College of Business Hosts Doctoral Colloquium 2025 as Part of Students’ Research Day

The College of Business at at Abu Dhabi Campus organized the Doctoral Colloquium 2025 as part of the Students’ Research Day, facilitating an interactive research dialogue between the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain campuses. The event opened with remarks by Prof. Rania Moustafa, who inspired students by highlighting key milestones in their academic journey and the importance of contributing to research with tangible impact.
The colloquium was chaired by Prof. Ibrahim Niankara and featured doctoral candidates from Business Research Methods and Organizational Theory & Behavior, along with MBA students, who presented innovative studies addressing both national and global priorities, including AI-driven leadership transformation, sustainable value frameworks, digital readiness in public administration, ESG integration in higher education, and predictive analytics in the oil and gas sector.
Faculty members Dr. Iffat Sabir Chaudhry and Prof. Habib Chabchoub praised the students for linking academic inquiry to real-world challenges, emphasizing the colloquium’s role in enhancing innovation, critical thinking, and applied research in line with UAE Vision 2031.
The event concluded by recognizing the students’ efforts in developing sustainable, technology-enabled solutions, reflecting the College of Business’s commitment to shaping future-ready leaders and contributing to the global knowledge economy
